Meditation against burnout complaints, study stress and fear of failure for students and youngsters

Stress for a test, afraid of not being good enough or worrying about study or study choice.

Fear, failure of study stress are annoying problems that can affect young people.

These worrying thoughts can lead to burnout complaints, stress, insomnia, and poor performance. And that can lead to more worrying. Break this? Meditation is an effective tool and especially for you! Free!

A lot is expected of young people nowadays as well as social, emotional and intellectual. Perform as well as possible at school or work, keep an eye on social media outside of school or our job and of course, also do some sport or relax with peers.

Many young people feel busy complying with a perfect picture. A picture that is sketched by society, by parents or colleagues and fellow students.

In addition, many young people are small perfectionists and set the bar higher. This perfectionism is often associated with fear of failure. Fear of not belonging, not being good enough or doing the wrong things

Perfectionism and fear of failure are paralyzing and can cause a lot of stress, which has an impact on the job or making school tests or making life decisions.

EVERYTHING IS JUST A THOUGHT

No matter how annoying burn out complaints, stress or failure anxiety may be, in the end, it is just your thoughts. The situation remains. It’s how you handle the situation. It is not the situation, but it is the negative thoughts that cause burnout complaints, stress and anxiety.

,, I will never pass this exam’’ , I cannot do this presentation’’ or, I am not good enough’’ are the negative thoughts who will bring you burnout complaints.

And meditation can help precisely with these negative thoughts. Meditation can teach young people to deal with these negative thoughts. With this meditation session, they will learn to observe positive and negative thoughts, without being sucked into it.

This helps young people to be more in the here and now. It helps to stay focused during a school test or a meeting. Fear or worry give a way to focus, peace and tranquillity.

Breathing, an important tool.

Breathing is one of the reasons why meditation is so powerful. During meditation, you try to experience complete silence within yourself. You can do this by focusing your attention on something, such as your breathing.

We often take our breathing for granted, but it is a very important part of our life. It is the basis of our system, our life energy. We all breath, but not optimally. For when we experience burnout complaints or stress, we start breathing differently, faster and more superficially.

By focusing on your breathing you bring your attention to the here and now and your mind becomes calm and still.

You always have your breath with you so you can use this tool in any situation!
